Inas Health ("we," "us") collects the email address you provide through our waitlist form for one purpose: to contact you about our launch and related updates about Inas Health. Submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, Inc., our form-processing provider, in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not sell your email address, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for any purpose beyond the one described above. This page does not collect health information, and joining the waitlist creates no patient or medical relationship. You may request removal from the waitlist and deletion of your email at any time by contacting us at hello@inashealth.org, and every email we send will include an unsubscribe option. If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you (just your email, if you signed up) and to request its deletion, which we'll honor via the contact above.
